4. 1-2 cold cut Ham slices per person.
5. 2 slices of bread per person

5. Add the milk and mix a little more. (you may wish to add a few pinches of crushed parsley for colour or even some finely diced green/red pepper)
6. Fire up the old frying pan and make sure you grease it (butter/pam, whatever) because you won't want this scrumptious meal to stick and burn :(
7. Fry away! pay close attention to it and flip it often for nice even cooking.
8. Divide the eggs up between however many people you've got and slap a slab of egg on a piece of bread (you can throw a cheese slice on top while it's hot for some extra-melty cheese) now add the other slice of bread and voila! you've got a tasty egg breakfast!

Bean n Beef burritto a la Fishy

Ingredients:
1. Burrito shells
2. Extra lean ground beef
3. Baked Beans
3. Cheese
4. Lettuce, tomatoes, red/green pepper, onion

Instructions:
1. "Re-fry" the beans by dumping them in a saucepan and keeping them at a medium heat for a while (they should bubble a little the whole time). Stir often and you may even want to mash them a little with the stirring implement to obtain a final texture close to paste.
2. Brown up some ground beef (cook through) and keep it warm while the beans finish.
3. Grate some of your favorite cheese to be sprinkled on as a topping.
4. Dice up your chosen vegatables (also for toppings).
5. This is the fun part! Heat up a burrito shell in the mircowave and put your own mixture of beef, beans and toppings on that sucker! try to roll it up as to not make a big mess. Enjoy!

Home-brewed pizza pockets

Ingredients:
*note* you need one of those sandwich griller things for these suckers!
1. Some bread of your choosing
2. Pizza sauce of your choosing
3. some cheese (medium cheddar is good)
4. pizza-type meat slices (pepperoni/salami)

2. cut up some thin bits of cheese and put them on the two pieces of bread
3. using a spoon, slop on about 2 spoonfulls of pizza sauce per each slice of bread
4. put some meat slices on the bread, then slap the other piece of bread on over top; this makes a sandwich...ooo...
5. very lightly grease the griller thing now that it's warm and then plop the two sandwiches down on that bad boy and close it up. checking every minute or two to see that your goodies aren't burning!!('cause we all know that burnt goodies are NOT good)
6. haul them buggers out and separate the halves (if you know these grill things you know what I mean). let them cool for a minute or two, then eat and enjoy!!

Husband Chow(patent pending)

Ingredients:
1. 375gram box of whole wheat noodles. The shape doesn't really matter but I like the Rotini and Fusili types.
2. a handful of all-veggie radiator pasta from Bulk Barn. When I say a handful I mean it. Cooking isn't very exact, just grab a bunch and toss it in there.
3. about 1/3 of a bag of regular old frozen veggies.
4. a bunch of 'mac and cheese' powder from Bulk Barn
5. a blob of margarine
6. a splash of milk. I prefer skim.
7. *optional* about 3/4lbs of ground meat. Beef, pork, chicken, turkey, goat, whatever's on sale.

Instructions:
1. get a large pot and stick enough water in it to cover your pasta. add a dash of salt and boil it.
2. add pasta to boiling water and tend like you would tend a batch of KD or any other pasta on the stove.
3. If you're adding meat you should be browning it in a pan at the same time.
4. Drain the water from the cooked pasta and then add the butter, milk, and KD powder to taste.
5. Finish up the meat. drain the fat off of it and add that to the pot and stir it in.
6. nuke your frozen veggies until thawed and then stir those into the pot as well.
7. toss a little pepper over the mixture and stir it in just for a touch of extra zip.
This rough guestimate recipe should make enough Husband Chow to get 4 or 5 single servings out of it. MMM MMM BITCH!
